CANCEL/CHANGE ORDER

If you make a mistake and ordered the wrong product please contact us immediately by email at admin@freebynature.com.au quoting your order number. We might be able to make changes or cancel if your order has not been packed. If the order has been packed, we are unable to make changes.

Adding discount codes once order complete: Once your order is complete, we are unable to add a discount code. You can keep your discount code for use on future orders.
Only one discount code can be used per order.

 

GIFT WRAPPING AND PERSONALISED MESSAGES

We are able to include personalised messages in orders, please purchase the card you would like written on and add the details in the notes section at checkout.  Please advise if the card and item(s) are being sent somewhere else.  Giftwrapping is $3.00, please add this at checkout with details in the notes section.

SHIPPING, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please note that a signature is no longer required for all deliveries. Please ship to the address of your choice using your own discretion.

Free shipping for all orders $150+ within Australia only. For all orders below: Australia $15.99.  Currently posting within Australia only.  

Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your tracking number. 

Australia: Delivery is within approx. 5-10 business days once dispatched.

Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations such as:

  • Ordering the incorrect item (e.g. ordering a Lotion instead of a Wash)
  • Accidentally ordering multiple quantities of the same item
  • Disliking the fragrance you selected

If you have an issue, please email our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve it on a case-by-case basis. Please note: If we agree to accept a return based on any of the above circumstances, we offer online store credit, not a full refund.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

All items on the website and in stock and ready for immediate dispatch.  No waiting.

If an item is out of stock, this will be noted on the website, and you can choose to be notified when we’re back in stock.

The Free by Nature collection is exclusive to the website and limited editions are only sold on our site and at exhibitions. If you still need help, get in touch here and we’ll do our best to assist.

 

TAX INVOICES

We do not send tax invoices automatically. If you require a tax invoice, please send an email with your order number to admin@freebynature.com.au
